London, 19 November 2025 – Propellant Digital (“Propellant”), a leading technology provider specialising in fixed income data analytics, has appointed Caroline Wohleber as Senior Sales, Continental Europe to support the company’s continued expansion in European fixed income markets.
Caroline is a veteran sales leader with more than two decades of experience in fixed income, including both inter-dealer and dealer-to-client electronic trading marketplaces. Her expertise spans sell-side and buy-side sales, commercial relationship management, go-to-market strategy, and new business development with leading financial institutions.
In her new role, Caroline will focus on continental client acquisition and support Propellant’s broader commercial expansion. She will work closely with the team to advance strategic client partnerships and contribute to the enhancement of Propellant’s analytics solutions, reinforcing the company’s position within global capital markets.
Prior to joining Propellant, Caroline served as Head of Sell-Side Sales at MTS within the Euronext Group. She joined MTS in its early phase, playing a key role in the initial implementation of electronic inter-dealer markets across Europe, onboarding banks and European national Debt Management Offices (DMOs) in support of the Primary Dealer model. Throughout her career, she has built long-standing relationships with major global institutions such as Barclays, Citi, Societe Generale, BNP Paribas, HSBC, and others.
Propellant has recently experienced strong business expansion. The firm launched its Global Fixed Income Technology Solution, providing clients with unified access to multi-jurisdictional transparency, including MiFID, FINRA TRACE, and CFTC Part 43, through a single platform. This development reflects growing industry needs for greater transparency ahead of the upcoming EU and UK consolidated tapes.
With 30 clients now onboard, Propellant continues to strengthen its growth trajectory and expand its footprint across global capital markets.
Vincent Grandjean, Founder & CEO of Propellant Digital, commented,
“With the launch of our new products, a rapidly expanding client base, and increasing recognition from across the market, we are strengthening the foundations for our new stage of growth. Providing thought leadership is a key part of that journey, and Caroline’s appointment reflects our ambition. Her extensive expertise, proven leadership, and strong network in European fixed income markets will be instrumental in strengthening our commercial capabilities and extending Propellant’s reach throughout key markets."
Caroline Wohleber added,
“I’m delighted to join Propellant at such an exciting stage of its growth. Having built strong client relationships within European fixed income markets over the past two decades, I look forward to leveraging this experience to support Propellant’s ambition and help accelerate its growth. Propellant’s innovative approach to financial market data through their advanced technology is exactly what the industry needs, and I’m excited to contribute to Propellant’s next chapter.”
